Are you an author who’d like to experience Penguicon’s programming, be on panels, connect with your fans and potential fans, do readings AND perhaps sell a few books?
Hooray, The Writer’s Block is back for 2018!
The Writer’s Block consists of two rooms on the third floor – one where we will have small readings/signings and one where our Writer’s Block staff will accept books by their authors and sell them (consignment style), without markup, to any interested Penguicon attendees (plus sales tax). Just remember to pick up any remaining books at the end of the weekend!
This is an opportunity for our local writing community to engage with the event and get out from behind a table.
If we have space, we will accept books on the Friday of Penguicon, but space is limited on our shelves and it’s first-come, first-serve, so sign up with our Writer’s Block today by emailing writersblock@penguicon.org!
