Each year, the Chair and Con Committee of Penguicon consider how the Code of conduct may be made both clearer and better. In this round of changes, we modified the reasons why someone might be removed from the convention to include violation of the Code of Conduct. We also revised our definition of harassment to ensure it emphasizes that we will protect the right to safety of all attendees. Finally, we updated the information about our process for handling harassment incidents during the convention to reflect our current practice, and added a section regarding our badge policies.
